Participate in Metabolomics Research at SISOH!

Science in Service of Humanity (SISOH) is currently organizing, recruiting for, and fundraising for the Analyzing Individual Metabolomics Study (AIMS), funded through tax deductible donations to the non-profit Gordon Medical Research Center, with advice from the Naviaux Lab at UC San Diego. AIMS will be the third metabolomics study looking at how comprehensive metabolomics analysis can be used to evaluate Chronic and inflammatory Illness, such as CFS/ME, chronic or post-Lyme disease, Parkinson’s disease, mast cell issues, and other illnesses. AIMS builds on our previous studies, also conducted in collaboration Robert Naviaux and UC San Diego, which demonstrated there is a clear metabolomic profile in patients with CFS/ME. We are now going to be looking at individual metabolomics. AIMS is planned to begin collection of samples in late 2017. You can sign up here to be put on the list for any of our future research projects.
